Design / Changes
Although
your Professional Business Package includes free templates for your
website, you may want to have a custom website designed just for your
company. Should you have specific needs that the free templates do
not offer, we can assist you with your every need. We offer very competitive
rates for website creation and alterations. Please email us
for more information on creating a website or making alterations to
your current website.
Change
Account Domain Name
To
change the domain name associated with your account there is a one
time non-refundable fee of $10.00
Additional
Domain Name(s)
There
is a one time non-refundable fee of $10.00 for this service. If you
want the additional domain name to have its own page, please create
a folder under your public_html and input the folder name in the sub
directory or IP box. The folder name is case sensitive and can't have
spaces. Also, we only support pointing to folders, not files/ports.
You can have up to 3 additional domain names that point to their own
folder. If you want the additional domain name to point to your homepage,
please leave the sub directory or IP box blank. Additional domain
names will not have email capability. Please note any changes in the
pointing of the additional domain name will result in a $10 fee
Sub
Domain Name(s)
The
cost of adding prefixes to your existing account domain name e.g.,
news.yourdomain.com. is a one time non-refundable $10.00 fee per
occurance. We can point each sub domain name to its own sub folder
(different page than your main account's 1st page) if you'd like;
If pointing to a sub folder please make sure that you create the
sub folder in your account under your public_html folder and provide
us with the name (case sensitive) in the "Sub Folder or IP" field
below. Also, we only support pointing to folders, not files/ports.
Of course you can leave the "Sub Folder or IP" field blank and we
will point the sub domain name to your public_html folder (main
account 1st page). There is no limit to how many sub domain names
you can add, however, there is a limit of three "sub folder pointings"
per account. Once ordered, sub domains cannot be changed. Please
note: Sub domains will not have email capabilities.
Domain
Name Parking
Register
a domain name without pointing it to your account. The cost to park
a domain name is $9.95 for each year of domain registration (parking).
Please note: Domain registration (domain parking) cannot be cancelled
and is a non-refundable service. Also, domain availability is not
guaranteed.
Additional
Databases
Add
databases to your account. The cost to add a database to you account
is a $10.00 one time fee each. This service is non refundable By default
your account comes with the ability to create three databases at no
additional cost to you.
Additional
Space
Add
disk space to your account. The cost to add space is $0.25 per MB
per month. Space must be purchased in 10MB increments. Payment must
be made a whole year in advance. Therefore, 10 MB of space added to
your account is $30.00 = $2.50 x 12 months. This service is non refundable
Note: The maximum amount of space that you can add to your account
is 100MB.
Additional
Bandwidth
Add
bandwidth to your account. The cost to add bandwidth is: * $3.00/GB
in 5GB increments (whole year is payed in advance) therefore 5GB of
allowable bandwidth added to your account is $180.00 = $15.00 x 12
months * this service is non refundable Note: Your account comes with
30GB of allowable bandwidth/month. The maximum amount of bandwidth
that you can add to your account is 10GB.
