We answer the phone from 10AM to 6PM on Wednesday and Thursday and 10AM to midnight on Friday and Saturday. For discretion, we do not return phone calls. Please call us again if we are unavailable.

Expectations...

What can you expect to find at The 13th Floor? Sit and watch the excitement in the comfort of our seating area complete with fireplace or visit the library for quiet conversation. Cuddle up in the lounge area, take a soak in the outdoor hot tub, or just flirt with others that share your attitude.

Move into our semi-private room or the group rooms, where you can join in the erotic and sensuous activities or sit and watch from the sidelines. There is never any pressure to join in on any of the activities and No Always Means NO!

Entry is by reservation only. This helps assure that the parties are never overcrowded. We offer same- week reservations by phone or email (up until 3pm Friday – please call after 3pm for same weekend reservations).

First time guests are REQUIRED to call for their reservations and will be given pertinent information and directions at that time.

Couples and single ladies are always welcome. Single males are allowed on a limited basis on Friday evenings. On Saturday evenings single males must have a female companion or be sponsored by an attending couple.
